The aim of TLTP3-86 is to disseminate C&IT based approaches developed to facilitate, manage and support the interactive learning of medical and health care science students based in sites remote from the main university campus.

There is a transferability report now available. This report brings together the expertise of several highly regarded people in the field of Medical virtual learning environments to identify and address some of the issues related to the transferability and interoperability of VLEs from the open source and commercial worlds.
The report also outlines how the original TLTP3-86 systems have developed, how they compare with commercial and other open-source and bespoke offerings, as well as providing a wealth of information on such topics as support costs of VLEs, portability of data and inter-institutional sharing and collaboration.

Dissemination documentation is now available. This consists of reports, documents, scripts, letters of understanding, presentations, case studies, technical descriptions of how to create an NLE and, where appropriate, source code. You can download these documents from here.
We are currently writing 'pointer' documents that will allow people to find the relevant sections in the NLE documentation quickly.
